ORDER
The writ petition relates to Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the licence in favour of the petitioner. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner was issued with licence in Shop No.8 situated at Muthuramalinga Thevar Bus Stand, Usilampatti, Madurai District and after his death, the petitioner had made an application to transfer the said licence in his name. As the same was kept pending, he had approached this Court by way of this writ petition. Pending this writ petition, the transfer has been effected and the licence has been transferred in the name of the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
