ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the first respondent to appoint a Special Officer for the administration of Nadar Mahajana Sangam.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court in WP(MD)No.6359 of 2022, dated 07.04.2022, election for the Sangam was conducted by a retired Judge of this Court and new Office Bearers have also assumed charge.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
