This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus restraining the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the shops comprised in the first floor of TS.No. 3092/2C, 4C Pudukkottai Town.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also circulated a letter in that respect.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that as the petitioner has already vacated the premises, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Since the Writ Petition has become infructuous, the petitioner is also seeking permission to withdraw the same.

4. Considering the rival submissions made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
