ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the District Collector to initiate action as against the fourth respondent, who was the President of the Panchayat at that point of time. Since the tenure of the fourth respondent has already expired in the year 2016, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
