Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct respondent no.2, not interfere with the civil dispute in connection with pending civil suits in O.S.No.347 of 2010 and in O.S.No.119 of 2019 pending on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai with regard to property dispute.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct second respondent, not interfere with the civil dispute in connection with pending civil suits in O.S.No.347 of 2010 and in O.S.No.119 of 2019 pending on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai with regard to property dispute.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
