ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute namely petitioner's Jamath activities by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the petitioner and the counter-parties already cases have been registered in Crime No.41 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20731 of 2019 506(ii) IPC and Crime No.42 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323 and 506(ii) IPC and Crime No.46 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 143, 290, 296, 294(b), 506(2) IPC and Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act. He further submitted that except registering the case as against the petitioner and the counter-parties, the second respondent police did not interfere with their civil dispute. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter-parties except the cases registered against them. No costs.
