Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Roc.No.A1/4123/06, dated 30.06.2006 of the third respondent and quash the same and permit him to retire from service based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2013 with all other attendant benefits.

ORDER
The order of suspension, dated 30.06.2006, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents now submitted a copy of the death certificate, dated 08.11.2016, stating that the writ petitioner died on 21.10.2016.
