ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but makes a plea that his parents' rights to seek a similar remedy may stand preserved. Though obvious, withdrawal of Writ Petition by the son cannot impact the rights of the parents. However, at request of learned counsel for writ petitioner, writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition albeit preserving rights of writ petitioner's parents in the aforesaid manner. 2.Permitted to withdraw.
3.Instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn preserving rights of writ petitioner's parents in the aforesaid manner. No costs.
