Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.This writ petition came to be filed for restraining the third respondent from carrying on his business activities on the ground that it was causing pollution. It is now stated that the third respondent is no longer operating his unit and that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
