ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein not to register any document relating to the property, which is under attachment by an order passed by the third respondent herein, dated 19.06.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent produced the order, dated 09.02.2015, under which the order of attachment, dated 19.06.2014 has been raised. Since the order of attachment has already been raised, 2/4

the request of the petitioner for forbearing the second respondent herein from registering any document does not survive any longer. No further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
