ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 25.04.2018.

2.The copy of the representation has been enclosed along with typed set of papers. It is seen that representation addressed to the District Collector to take action against the third respondent, who is working as Tahsildar, Tenkasi Taluk stating that the Tahsildar trespassed into the property of the petitioner with JCB and caused damage worth about Rs.1 Lakh. Therefore, the petitioner ought to have lodged a complaint before the concerned police and not before the respondents herein. The petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint before Pavurchathiram police station and on that basis of the same, the Station House Officer, Pavurchathiram will take further action.
