PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, praying to set aside the order passed in E.P.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.46 of 2022 dated 08.07.2025 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai and allow this Civil Revision Petition. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to set aside the order passed in E.P.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.46 of 2022 dated 08.07.2025, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the EP amount is Rs.12 Lakhs, out of which Rs.6 Lakhs has been paid pursuant to the direction issued by this Court and the balance will be paid within a period of five [5] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with the following direction:

"The petitioner is directed to pay the balance Rs.6 lakhs on or before 31.12.2025, failing which the trial Court is directed to proceed with the E.P. in accordance with law." There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
