the petitioner's life and limb and also the petitioner's family members on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 26.07.2023. For Petitioner :Mr.C.Kishore For R1 to R3 :Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (crl.side) For R4 to R7 :Mr.G.Anto Prince O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking protection from the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 basing on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.07.2023. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner originally belonged to Roman Catholic Christian and thereafter, she and her family members have converted themselves into Pentecostal Diocese, on which the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 are causing lot of inconvenience and harassing the petitioner. Many complaints were filed by the petitioner against the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 and in spite of it, the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 are again harassing the petitioner and therefore, sought for suitable directions. petitioner has filed photographs to show that one of the entrances of the petitioner's house is partially obstructed allegedly by the respondent Nos.4 to 7. 3.Mr.G.Anto Prince, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.4 to7 requested time for filing counter. This petition is directed against the respondent police to see that the petitioner is not harassed by the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7, thereby, the request of the learned counsel for the unofficial respondent Nos. 4 to 7 is rejected.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that when the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 were trying to obstruct the petitioner from constructing the house, the respondent police have taken cognizance of the same and have severely warned them. It is submitted further that in case if any further obstructions or any harassment by the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7, the respondent police will take stern action against them. 5.Considering the circumstances, this Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent police in case if any fresh harassment is 3/5

made, on which the respondent police are directed to take stern action immediately without any delay against the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 7 or any other person, who obstructs the petitioner's right.
