ORDER

The writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to consider his representation dated 27.06.2024, by which the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 21 days to his father Jagadheesh, who is convict prisoner (C.P.No.23715) and confined at Central Prison, Trichy. 2.We are now informed that the 3rd respondent / Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Trichy had considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an order, dated 22.08.2024 in No.106/Kc/2024, rejecting the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner will have to naturally challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, granting such liberty to the petitioner.
