This Writ Petition is filed as against the order passed by the third respondent in his proceeding in Pa.Mu.18508/2014 (P6), dated 12.07.2014 that it is an illegal order and to restore the revenue records for the land in S.No.202/3 to an extent of 0.12.0 Ares 2/5
situated at Sundarapandiapattinam, Sree Kamatchi Sametha Sree Agambareswarar Chathiram, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Today(06.04.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
