PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the award pronounced by the Labour Court Trichy, in I.D.No.2 of 2013, dated 15.05.2017, and quash the same. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.2 of 2013, on the file of the Labour Court, Tiruchirapalli, wherein the order of dismissal passed by the Management has been confirmed.

2. A perusal of the award reveals that no financial loss has been caused to the dismissed employee and he has been paid with all the terminal benefits. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the workmen. 3.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, since the workmen has already been disbursed with all the monetary benefits, no further adjudication is called for.
