This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2018 and to give adequate police protection.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is the Managing Trustee of the Leo Village Education Development Charitable Trust. The said Trust is running a School viz., St.Azeze Matriculation School at Pavurchathiram and one Antony Xevier, who was the Managing Trustee of the above said Trust, relieved from the trusteeship and creating a problem. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent police to give protection to her. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
