Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAXMAN.K.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12176 of 2023.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been

complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by the both sides counsels, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner in in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12176 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear respondent Police once in a month I.e.
