2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.09.2019, the 2nd respondent considered the same and permitted the petitioner to conduct festival as prayed for in the petition. 4.Recording the said submission, this writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
