Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the post of Conductor with effect from 13.01.2012 i.e., a date on which the petitioner completed 240 days of service within one year and further to direct the respondent to pay arrears of difference in salary and all other attendant benefits payable to him for the period from 13.01.2012 to till the date of confirmation in service.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to regularize the services of the writ petitioner in the post of Conductor. 2.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the services of the writ petitioner have already been regularized. However, in respect of other claims, if any exist, it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress the same in the manner known to law.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is now allowed to continue as on daily wage basis. If at all, the grievances in relation to the conditions of appointment are to be adjudicated, the writ petitioner has to approach the proper and competent Labour Court. Those factual issues cannot be adjudicated in the present writ petition. In this regard, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Court of law, if any other grievances exist.
4.With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
