ORDER
The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to give permission to conduct the temple festival from 19.09.2022 to 27.09.2022 in Sri Kaveri Ayyanar Kovil, Alagunatchiamman Kovil and Pandi Vinayagar Kovil at V.Karisalkulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2022.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the Respondents 1, 3 and 4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd Respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1, 3 and 4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd Respondent.
4.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that as the aforesaid festival is celebrated in a peaceful manner by the villagers, there will be no untoward incident on account of this celebration. 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1, 3 and 4, on instructions, would submit that there had been amicable settlement in the peace committee meeting.

6.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Respondents concerned to accord permission and Police Protection to conduct the temple festival in Sri Kaveri Ayyanar Kovil, Alagunatchiamman Kovil and Pandi Vinayagar Kovil at V.Karisalkulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District for the above said dates.
