2.Today(18.08.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor submits that the appeal filed by this petitioner has been disposed of by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Illuppur, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/309/2024, dated 04.08.2025. A copy of the above proceedings is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the above proceedings to the petitioner.
