Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to recognize the board of trustees headed by the petitioner as per the resolution made in Tenkasi Velakurichi Sengunda Mudaliyar Community meeting dated 31.12.2014 and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 to hand over the charge of movable and immovable properties including the temple along with title deeds, jewels Panchaloga Vikragangal Accessories and Cash Balances and Account books for all books and expenditure income from the agriculture lands, shop community centre, Hundies Thalaikattu Vari and donation for Thaipoosam Festival and Adithabasu Festival for the period of 2012-2015.

O R D E R

******************** Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the lone writ petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents and Mr.Sakthi, learned counsel for respondents 3 to 6 are before this Court.

2. Be that as it may, Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the prayer itself pertains to Thaipoosam Festival and Adithabasu Festival for the period of 2012-2015 and therefore the prayer in the captioned main writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid stated position of the writ petitioner, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Though obvious, it is made clear that I have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter and all questions are left open if a need arises on a future date. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
