PRAYER in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 9887 of 2025 :- To amend the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai instead of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in Crl.OP(MD)No.10320 of 2025, dated 30.06.2025. ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- These petitions have been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai instead of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in Crl.OP(MD)No.10320 of 2025, dated 30.06.2025 and also extent the time limit for executing the sureties.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a typographical error occurred in the said Criminal Original Petition, it is inadvertently stated the satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. Hence, he prays to allow the present amendment petition. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays to extend the time period to comply the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10320 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to allow these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order, dated 30.06.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10320 of 2025, and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned. Further, this Court is inclined to extend the time period to comply the conditions. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
