ORDER
After hearing the argument for a considerable length of time, when this Court expressed the fact that two different medical boards cannot give a certificate for fitness for appointment to the post of Grade-II Police Constable, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
