PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records related to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Moo.Mu.A1/14211/2017, dated 25.09.2018, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of the Village Administrative Officer or any other suitable post in the existing vacancy under compassionate ground, pursuant to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.208667/CA2/2012 dated 06.12.2012.
