PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to not to provide any permission or building plan approval to the 3rd and 4th Respondents for constructing building in the Petitioner's land situated at UDR Survey No.3/3, Vilangudi I-Bit Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District in Patta No.543 to an extent of 2 Acres 20 Cents by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court 1/4

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents not to grant any permission or building plan approval to the third and fourth respondents for constructing the building in the subject property which is claimed to be owned by the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that no building plan approval or permission has been granted to the third and fourth respondents and that the building that was sought to be put up by the third and fourth respondents was also stopped and subsequently, no construction activities took place.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
