: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records relating to the detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent in P.D.O.No.48/2018 dated 28.08.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Marimuthu, S/o.Subbaiah, aged about 25 years, (now detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli) before this Court and set him at liberty.
