ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today (i.e, 16.11.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Jurisdictional Magistrate after taking cognizance of the offence, has ordered issuance of summons for the accused and in pursuance of the same, the petitioner has appeared before the concerned Court today.
2.Since the Jurisdictional Magistrate has only issued summons to the accused for appearance, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
