Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to disburse the sum of Rs.4,50,400/- based on the proceedings dated 26.10.2018 in Na.Ka.No.223/2018/A2 with 24% Interest from the date of completion of contract within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

It is seen that the principal amount of Rs.4,50,400/- was already paid to the petitioner. The petitioner's grievance is that the interest component has not been disbursed. Since the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with, I am of the view that no further order is necessary.
