ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.245 1/4
of 2018 pending on its file, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent herein, has filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.245 of 2018 before the Family Court, Madurai, in the year 2018. In the said divorce petition, trial has also commenced, however, the same is still pending without any progress and the trial Court has been periodically adjourning the case without having any valid reason. Hence, he seeks a direction of this Court for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.245 of 2018.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to conclude the trial in H.M.O.P.No.245 of 2018 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
