Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.59789/2014, bghepjpK2 dated 07.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the 4th respondent to continue to pay the salary on the basis of the resolution dated 19.12.2015.
