ORDER

This Writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorari to quash the award passed in Claim Petition No.216 of 2010 dated 21.11.2012.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a memo has been filed by the petitioner's counsel stating that the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.1,75,700/- on 20.07.2021 to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has also received the cheque in full satisfaction of the entire claim. W.P(MD)No.224 of 2014 3.Recording the memo filed by the petitioner's counsel, this Court is of the view that no further order is necessary and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
