Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.R3/34874/2013 dated 12.9.2013 and the subsequent proceedings of the first respondent dated 8.1.2014 and quash the same.

ORDER

The order of suspension dated 12.09.2013 and the consequential order of rejection rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner for revocation of suspension are under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was reinstated in service, however, she had not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.2240/2014 attended the duty and left the job. Consequently, final order of termination was issued by the District Collector in proceedings, dated 02.03.2017. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had already been dismissed from service, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition and accordingly, stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
