2. The writ petitioners are members of a family. They want assignment in the petition-mentioned survey number. Each persons want assignment of 65 cents. These are not matters in which this Court will be justified in issuing any positive direction. In any event, assignment can be made in favour of only one member in the family. Even assignment cannot be made for such a large extent. I am not in a position to issue any direction.
