O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.400 of 2021 registered on the file of the third respondent for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of I.P.C.

3. The petitioner alleges that he is being threatened by one police officer attached to the third respondent station to withdraw the said complaint. Hence, to forbear the respondents from doing so, this criminal original petition came to be filed.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions categorically stated that the petitioner is not under any obligation to withdraw the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
