Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SOMASUNDARAM E, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This is the second application filed for suspension of sentence. It is brought to our notice that the first application was dismissed by this Court.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of spending time in deciding suspension of sentence application, it would be appropriate to take up the main Criminal Appeal itself. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
