PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conducted an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court and consequently, direct the respondents to verify the genuineness of the Documents Nos.1117 of 1986 dated 14.07.1986 registered before the fourth respondent Office. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to conducted an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025 and consequently, direct the respondents to verify the genuineness of the Documents Nos.1117 of 1986 dated 14.07.1986.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
