[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.A.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the encroachments have been removed and a road has been laid in the subject place.

In the light of that, the purpose of the writ petition is fructified.
