This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned summon dated 06.11.2021 issued by the first respondent calling upon the petitioner to appear on 08.11.2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent on instructions from Mr.K.Pushparaj, SSI, attached to Soolakarai police station, submitted that the matter had been compromised between the parties and that the impugned summon has also been closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
