ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is facing charges under Sections 392 and 397 IPC in Crime No.371 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only aged about 20 years and if any stringent condition is imposed, the petitioner will abide by the same.

3. The earlier application filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner is having previous cases. This is the second application of the petitioner. This petition has been filed without any change of circumstances.

4. Since this petition has been filed without any change of circumstances and it is a case of robbery and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner by exercising the discretionary power. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
