On all those occasions, there has been no representation on behalf of the Writ Petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the Writ Petitioner, I posted the matter today i.e., on 10.03.025. Even today, there is no representation for the Writ Petitioner. On all those occasions, it is only Mr.Karthick, who has been present, represents the respondents.
