This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner from the date of entry into service ie. from 17.03.2004, for the purpose of seniority and to extend all the monetary benefits flowing thereof. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.20932 of 2019 2.After elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits.
3.Considering the relief sought for in the writ petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.02.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, with in a period of twelve (12) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
