The writ petition is filed challenging the survey report uploaded by the second respondent pursuant to the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 23.12.2024.

2.The petitioner submitted an application on 23.12.2024 in application NO. 2024/N123/13/008503 seeking survey of the properties situate in S.Nos. 281/28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 in Mattaparai, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. Even before conducting any survey, the petitioner received a SMS information as if survey was conducted and the survey report was uploaded in the official website. As per the information given in the SMS received by the petitioner, the survey report uploaded by the second respondent in the official website was downloaded. The survey report uploaded by the second respondent 2/5

appears to be not connected with the survey numbers in respect of which the application was submitted by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the survey report of the second respondent and to direct him to conduct survey as per the application submitted by the petitioner .

3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the survey report pertains to some other survey number is wrongly uploaded in the official website. Therefore, the respondents are ready to conduct survey as per the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 23.12.2024. 4.The statement made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and the second respondent is directed to complete the survey and upload the correct survey report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention before conducting survey, the second respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/5

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
