RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT PRAYER: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for produce sureties, relating to the Anticipatory Bail granted to the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15167 of 2021 dt. 08/10/2021 in Cr.No.424 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce sureties, as ordered by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum and therefore, the petitioner could not furnish the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
