PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.190 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ sole accused herein, who was arrested on 16.07.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 307 of IPC r/w. 25(1-A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.190 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.07.2023, due to previous motive, the 1/3

petitioner attacked the defacto complainant using Aruval and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he was falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that proceedings under Act 14 has been invoked against the petitioner by the order dated 10.08.2023, by the District Collector cum District Magistrate, Thanjavur District.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed. The petitioner can revive the application of the appropriate time.
