ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to disconnect the electricity connection granted in favour of the fourth respondent.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that with regard to the property for which the service connection had been effected, a civil suit in O.S.No.256 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur had been filed at the instance of the writ petitioner, which is a suit for partition.

3. In view of the same, as and when the suit is disposed of and based upon the judgment and decree in the civil suit, the petitioner can renew his claim in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
