Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVANANTHAN T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the interim bail granted in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9953 of 2023, dated 12.06.2023 in Crime No.189 of 2022, pending on the file of the 1/3

respondent Police.

2. Interim bail was granted to the petitioner due to take care of his mother. Now, the medical report has been filed that the petitioner's mother was discharged from the hospital on 13.08.2023 and she is in better condition. This petition has been filed seeking extension of time on the ground that he has to make arrangement for his mother's surgery.

3. The petitioner can revive the application after making arrangement for surgery. I find no reason to extend the time in above said interim bail at this stage.
