Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect of property comprised in Survey No.16/2, Plot No.438 and Survey No.29/1A, Plot No.13 situated at Velavan nagar, Vannivelampatty Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the petitioner's on-line application dated 22.02.2021.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The on-line application for transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner has been given by the petitioner on 22.02.2021. The petitioner claims title by way of a registered sale deed dated 26.09.2020. Pursuant to purchase of the property which is situated at Survey No.16/2, Plot No.438 and Survey No.29/1A, Plot No.13 situated at Velavan Nagar, Vannivelampatty Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, the petitioner seeks transfer of patta in his name.

3.Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who had taken notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.I feel it has to be mentioned that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20304 of 2021 appears to have made some allegations in the representation dated 22.02.2021.

5.In view of that fact the petitioner should file a fresh application seeking on-line patta and also pay the necessary charges once again and thereafter, on receipt of such fresh application, the respondents may consider the on-line application, invite the petitioner examine the documents and thereafter, after reaching subjecting satisfaction do the necessary compliances within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a fresh application from the petitioner herein. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
