Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK.M.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 14.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12141 of 2023 as to deposit a sum of Rs.90,000/- to the credit of the crime number.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said sand was not taken as alleged by the prosecution. It is only for the purpose of constructing the village temple. He has produced the photographs. 3.Those things can be taken into account only at the time of investigation. I find no reason to modify the above said condition.
